This page explains delivery times and shipping costs for orders from TravelHype Shop.
Delivery Times & Costs
As each order is made on-demand to your specifications, it usually takes 2–5 working days to fulfil before shipping. Delivery times and costs depend on the weight of your items and your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- UK: 2–6 working days (from £2.99)
- Europe: 2–6 working days (from £2.99)
- USA: 3–6 working days (from £2.89)
- Canada: 2–6 working days (from £3.29)
- Rest of the world: 7–10 working days (from £5.79)
Order cut-off time: 12:00pm (GMT, London)
Please note: These are rough estimates. You’ll see a more precise delivery date at checkout.
For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail and DPD.

Order Fulfilment Locations
To ensure the fastest delivery possible, we work with fulfilment centres around the world, including locations in the UK, US, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Brazil, Australia, and more. Your order will be dispatched from the centre closest to you that currently has your items in stock.
Multiple Shipments
Some products are individually packaged or fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, items from the same order may be shipped separately to ensure their safety and quality.
Customs & International Orders
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. As customs regulations differ by country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority to see if any charges apply to your order.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office to see if the package is being held there.
- Check with neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was incorrect and the package is returned to us, we can reship the order at your cost.
